1. Our Returns Promise
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on gloves (including Footjoy gloves) unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. This also applies to any opened packages of golf balls (Bridgestone, Callaway, etc.).
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return your golf equipment:

- Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
3. Return Shipping Options
Choose your preferred return shipping method:
- Standard Return: Use any tracked courier service (recommended for valuable items like drivers or iron sets)
- Economy Return: National postal service (for smaller items like accessories or individual irons)
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
