Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided items are:

Return Shipping Options

Important: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
